You will be able to continue to be supported, connected & nurtured by joining our "Decompression Session" Facebook private group where you can create enriching & up-lifting personal connections with the amazing women of like heart & motivation.
- Please ensure that you are able to be in a comfortable, safe location where you are able to sit or lay comfortably and be supported in a chair/bed that will allow you to fully relax.
- Please ensure that you are in a location where you are able to be uninterrupted for the duration of the call.
- Please ensure that you are able to listen to the call through headphones for best results.
These three sessions WILL BE RECORDED AND USED FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES. By attending you consenting to allow me to record the session and use it as a promotional class for my socials and website (Thriving Mama Hypnotherapy).
You are invited to attend one or all three, whatever suits your schedule.
All you need to do is attend the session, sitback and enjoy the benefits.
