Once upon a time, there was a working mom who had three kids & a home business that were both taking up all of her time.
She found herself running on empty & feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, & frustrated more often than not.
One day, she decided to make a change.
She knew that this was her life and she wanted to find a way to make it work in a way that stopped the struggle & allowed her to thrive!
She took some time to think of ways to balance her job, her kids, & her own self-care.

She also started to nourish & nurture herself each day in big & small ways.
Whether it was a self-hypnosis audio, a massage, or just some time to watch a movie, she made sure to take care of her own needs.
Before long, she was able to find the balance between her work & her family.
She was able to find peace & calm in her life & she was no longer feeling overwhelmed & exhausted.
She was able to enjoy her time with her kids & her business, & she was able to find a way to make it all work.
The moral of the story?
Don't be afraid to take some time & get creative with how you can nourish & nurture yourself in both big & small ways throughout the day.
